Exactly. When I heard super rich I was expecting a staggering sum not 10-20million for a plot. There are places which cost way more and they are not even termed super rich areas. Guess it's a marketing strategy aim at attracting audience and investors to purchase properties there.

By the time they invest and settle, some Omos shall start to call them strangers who must obey the laws set up by Ojuju and other ancestors of Ogun - or leave, instead of sticking to the constitution of Nigeria.

Perhaps you are talking about Ikoyi, Victoria Island and other high brow areas of Lagos.
Land is cheaper in the other urban local government areas that make up the city of Lagos , than in any urban town in the southeast.

High cost of landed property is the primary reason people of the SW and others find it hard to settle in southeast urban towns, forget their yarn that Igbo is not hospitable to strangers.

Instead, Igbo is the most hospitable to strangers in Nigeria.
