OK..so how do we know when u av actually taken physical possession of items shipped?when it shows delivered on tracking information. Or is there a way u can actually verify that the item has reached ur US address for us? I say this so that I can seek redress from seller early if it actually has not reached your address..

Mikky, I remember vividly when one of your customer's made a complaint like this but his case was dead on arrival because the guy claimed he lost his prove of evidence. However, looking at goldtooth's case, he has a strong evidence against you though some of the snap shot he presented can still be forged. For the sake of humanity, check your bank details for the said deposit and refund to clear your part and his claim. Base on goldtooth's evidence, he requested for his balance to be transferred to his account but you told him there would be charges for doing so and both of you finally reached an agreement that the money would be used when he decides to buy any item through you so I see no point saying he left the money since last year to claim it this year; I think it was all base on trust and mutual agreement between both of you. Remember that where ones madness stops is where another person's madness begins. He might be one of your peaceful customers but do you know the type you would meet in future?

If you are in Lagos, I would suggest you go to his office and speak with him on the issue and if he refuses to sort you out then 3 things are involved; either you take the matter to whatever you worship and believe in or report the matter to the appropriate body or probably forget about the money and consider it as one of the night mosquito bites. You don't expect his conscience to keep him awake when you are sleeping; pikin wey say e mama no go sleep no go sleep too.

i spoke to him on phone before i came to nairaland, he hung up saying he doesn't owe me. i Don't know of a company name. i usually get text with the address to come for pick up and i forward it to a courier to pick up for me

Hmmm. My dear if that is the case then choose one of the 3 options I gave you to tackle the issue. If you decide to use option 2 then you would need his company name and address.
