Sir, I know you are in this business and you will agree with me that in this type of our business, Shipping doesn't go smoothly and straight as one would expect atimes. You may assure a customer that his item(s) will arrive at a particular date and Custom or other things will delay it; and most customers may not understand that it is not you that is responsible for such setback.
I think Lagtech is carefully working harder to ensure that everything goes well as it is; THAT I KNOW FOR SURE.

Lagtech himself knows that he is a big disappointment to several of his clients including my humble self and an embarrassment to the import business. He is not denying it. How do you justify a 14 month delay? My items supposedly shipped July 2014 and till date I've not received them. Lagtech has refused to state in plain language what the problem is. Were the goods lost? Were they impounded by Customs? No straight forward answers. All he does is long winding stories that contain no information. Oh I forgot, promises, promises, promises and an unending shifting of delivery dates usually in a few weeks. In his last mail to me, which was a response to a question I asked him, he said my items should be available by the 22nd of August. Today is 22nd and I know another mail will soon come to say I will get my items in a few weeks from mid-September. How do you defend a man like this if you are not like him? Shouldn't you allow Lagtech to defend himself? However it might be that you are actually trying to whip up emotions against Lagtech by pretending to be defending him. But honestly, your posts are beginning to bother on the ridiculous.

the most annoying part is the said lagtech still keeps buying and sending laptop down for sale!!! u can imagine when he still have backlogs to clear with customers......dammit! even a dumb ass with no brain should know how to manage a simple business like this without hitches.the problem with femi apart from his insincerity is his not keeping records of transactions and items ordered.i can bet my life about that if not after asking all of us to send our outstanding items common sense depicts that he match everyone's item again the stock he has at hand and ask all to pick as they arrives(not asking customers to signify interest on the forum for replacements of items marked for sale beforehand) and when u clear what u hv left with your shippers after paying your debt/demurage then u can resell to rightful owner if still interested or any other interested persons!!! so i laugh when people come here to defend him.....he is not a consistent person(take cue from how many shifted dates he is given so far since last year and how many was on time). leave all those i hv shipped items stories, it left to customs and the shipper to deliver blah blah bah.Lagtech should ask chinoxsl,specuit ,mikky and others how they do seamless shipping and not this scrap you are feeding us.......

Well, I knew I was going be persecuted for saying the truth because truth is very bitter to some people. You can even use words worse than 'lame' but sorry am not here to exchange words.
It baffles me how pessimistic some people are, but as for me, I'm an optimist who believe that things are getting better and so it is for me and every other optimist out there.
Pessimism does not pay, it is true that we have suffered a lot here; items not delivered for a year+ but by God's grace; things are getting better for all that believes and does not have any objection to it.

I even requested to have my items picked up and shipped to my NY address where I can use sea shipping jeje for it or air freight in batches but NO....excuses again! If he had agreed to that months ago, one would have gotten over the whole saga. Yet its always "we are working on it and will soon be over"...dead body crying for dead body...

Delays in arrivals. First set being picked up tomorrow. After I know contents will update you as other packages set to arrive too.

-Most of our recent replacement items have been delayed in part because of 100% inspections being carried out by US Customs on shipments by some of our shippers.
-First arrivals are here. Jimmy will be picking up today and will contact owners. Information from shippers indicate that other items will be available next week most likely. We apologise for this change in dates.
-Due to the delays-owners should expect to get their items as late as September 14th.
-Items expected to ship last week-could not and will ship on Wed Aug 26th.
-Refunds: Refunds have not been paid in part because of the delays we experienced. Most refunds have been sourced from the sales of some of our inventory. We will start again this week. All those not paid should expect payment starting within the next 14 days.
-We expect all undelievered laptops t be delivered from this week and within the month of September-all would be in the hands of their owners. We thus expect to start shipping/selling our inventory of laptops and phones after this. We will have some very nice i3, i5 laptops and blackberry/iphones for very cheap.

We have several items pending arrival through Chinos-we expect the first set to be available this weekend. There should thus be several pick ups this weekend or early next week. Apologies for the delay.

Another set of items will be sent on Friday -including 20 laptops.
The final batch of items including 20 laptops will ship on the 30th.

Both of these shipments will land and be available between 31st and Sept 5th.
All in all-all pending items will be in Nigeria by August 31st-if not picked up-to be picked up within days.

We thus expect to owe no one any item after that date.

For refunds-we are working hard to ensure we balance everyone within this period. I appreciate everyone's patience.

You said we should pick items of our choices I did so by picking one HP mini and and one HP pavilion DV5 which I never received or hear anything about them again since until you told you are shipping another item for me and since then I have bEen seen my name on your weekly updates without receiving the items. I am sick and tired of waking up early monday morning only to read updates here and be disappointed again.
