1* Download the Lollipop update here

2* unzip the file into a folder

3* Download sp flash tool here

4* lunch sp flash tool and load d scatter file from the unzipped Lollipop folder wait for it to load.

5* make sure your phone is turned off, change the (download only) to firmware upgrade, now click OK the download and connect your phone with with a USB cord wait for it to upgrade, when you see the green sign then you are good to go.

6* on plug the phone and restart and wait for for like 2/3 minutes, setup the the and get a wireless network.

7* open the system update and search for update den update to the official OTA and u are good to go.

use Chrome browser and keep reloading until chrome asked u.. Do u wanna convert to English... Make sure your settings is in request desktop site

I upgraded yesterday to lollipop 0828 version. I discovered my airtel sim is not working again. I used both sim slots, yet no show. The phone detects the sim but I can't make calls, sms or check balance.

I have registered the sim and it's working perfectly on my small torchlight tecno phone.

Please help o cos my Etisalat sim works on both slots.

I discovered something too, if I press *#06# and it shows invalid for the two sim slots. Who's is experiencing this.
