Only God can save you, I would be very surprised if a single person can design and programme a drone with full GPS tracking and radio control like that. It looks like a professionally manufactured peice.

Our engineering society in college own one we use when we do outings and charity events cost us about aa 800 Euro, while a few of the guys in the course did their research on drones and robotics I've read their thesis and I can say it's no child's play

Are you sure he manufactured/invented it by himself?
These drones have been commercially available for sometime now in places like US/Europe and even Dubai and kids now have their drones with which they play with their friends. I suspect this is a similar drone cquired from abroad.

I just hope it ls not like the drone used in THE MESSENGERS
