SIRcumalot:Yea that's what happens when the bad guy is good at his job. You fall under the spell and begin to see things their way. Same thing happened to me with Fisk, at one point he made more sense than Murdock. Loki is a bad guy though, make no mistake. All the people whose deaths he was responsible for in New Mexico & New York would agree. He's a scheming, conniving son of a gun that cares only for himself, guy almost destroyed all of Jotunheim just to make a point. The deal he made with Thanos in Avengers is how he got hold of the Sceptre so Loki's definitely playing fiddle to a higher bad guy but is a rotten egg for sure. God only knows what he's done with Odin and what he'll do to Thor when he returns to Asgard The perfect example of an anti-hero for me would be The Punisher. A guy with good intentions who does bad things in pursuit of a good cause, like that. Any means neccessary kinda guy. Loki doesn't have any good intentions 1 Like |

SIRcumalot: Its very easy, if you have seen chronicles and liked it, just imagine its the sequel ,since its the same director. I don't listen to critics , i watch a movie and decide if i like it or not. I have seen movies that was globally panned by critics and liked it , so its about you. |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by SIRcumalot: 12:44pm On Sep 08, 2015 |
moneyallowed: I think that Thor 2 movie endeared him to me. And hey,he did his time in jail. A strong argument could be made that Loki his unaware of Thanos there was a middleman between both of them. |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by SIRcumalot: 12:45pm On Sep 08, 2015 |
stillreal:I have sEen chronicles,it was decent nothing really mind blowing. I avoid critics too but when you hear the director of the movie "bad mouth"his own project you think again. |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by moneyallowed(m): 2:28pm On Sep 08, 2015 |
SIRcumalot:Lol he broke out before his time, I'm sure the sentence was for life and he did what, 6 months? Not nearly enough That argument makes sense but I suspect he knows who Thanos is. Plus the mid credits scene in AoU; how did Thanos get hold of the IG when it was last seen in Odin's care? Now the Tesseract is waiting to be picked up, also on Asgard. Too convenient. I bet Loki is in on the scam |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by SIRcumalot: 3:40pm On Sep 08, 2015 |
moneyallowed:6 month in an asgardian jail must be hell if not thor would've left him on earth. i can't really recall, the exact mid credit scene if anything loki should team up with the avengers, thanos maybe coming for him, loki has managed to lose two infinity gems. |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by moneyallowed(m): 4:09pm On Sep 08, 2015 |
SIRcumalot:The scene where Thanos picks up the IG and says he'll do it himself There may be no need to team up cos Thanos lost his righthand man, The Other. Loki would be a perfect replacement |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by stillreal(m): 4:23pm On Sep 08, 2015 |
SIRcumalot: Josh Tranks a chicken , No matter what you support your project. Even if Fox got involved too much with the editing, it wasn't fox's idea to make Johnny storm black. That movie was 80% his baby, he simply made Chronicles 2 and not F4. |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by SIRcumalot: 6:35pm On Sep 08, 2015 |
stillreal:Do you have a problem with johnny storm being black ? I'll still see it though I like the cast. |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by SIRcumalot: 6:37pm On Sep 08, 2015 |
moneyallowed:I'll have to watch AOU again. I think that other guy is still alive abi who was talking to ultron at the end of the first avenger movie. |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by moneyallowed(m): 7:16pm On Sep 08, 2015 |
SIRcumalot:The Thanos scene is at the end of the movie, the mid credits scene The Other guy is dead. Ronan killed him in GoTG, that epic scene where Thanos called Ronan "boy" and the "bathe the starways in your blood" quote. Since he's dead methinks they'll replace him with another baddie. Maybe Loki, or Mephisto. Na sctach that Mephisto is too boss to play errand boy, it'll either be Loki or Magus 1 Like |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by stillreal(m): 12:24pm On Sep 09, 2015 |
SIRcumalot: Yes i do, it brought nothing to the story. Trank just wanted to get Michael B Jordan into the movie since they worked together on chronicle . If you are gonna change 50 years of comic book history, at least have a good reason to. To be honest not really bothered about Fox having F4 rights, apart from wanting Silver Surfer and Dr Doom in the MCU, they can keep it. All i want is X-men back to Marvel, but obviously wont happen for a very long time. |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by cao(f): 12:47pm On Sep 09, 2015 |
The Other is very dead...there's no way of resetting his neck, Ronan twisted it 180 degrees, he literally did an about face...with his face...he's truly dead, brov. Fin. Finito. Dead. D...E...A...D. The bucket has been kicked. The Fat lady has sung. Alien down. E don finish. He's paid the toll, he's crossed the River Styx, he's in the underworld. He's fallen and he's never getting up. 3 Likes |

cao: Thanos could always bring him back with the reality gem |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by cao(f): 1:32pm On Sep 09, 2015 |
stillreal:For why? He's doing things by himself now. He needs no lackey, no mouthpiece, he's getting stuff done. |

cao:Ok. Ok. Ok. We get the picture. |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by gj22(m): 3:37pm On Sep 09, 2015 |
stillreal: It's not today that they started changing casts all in the name of having a "colorful cast". Its like they are trying not to be racist. Pete Ross in Smallville was black for no reason at all. It's kind of annoying. |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by gj22(m): 3:42pm On Sep 09, 2015 |
moneyallowed: At what point did fisk make sense to you? Fisk is a drug lord and he kills people. How does importing drugs into a city make the city better? |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by stillreal(m): 3:52pm On Sep 09, 2015 |
gj22: They can get away with changing some characters race. Alicia Masters was black in Tim's 2 F4 movies , didn't bother me, same goes for Perry white in Superman and others. But when you change the race of major characters, its patronizing and annoying . You cant have a black Bruce Banner, Thor, Clark Kent etc, so Johnny should never be black. |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by SIRcumalot: 4:04pm On Sep 09, 2015 |
stillreal:Or a black james bond, saw that on twitter once I was surprised by how people supported the idea. Anyhow,You can get away with casting fringe guys fury and the king pin (first DD) has a black guy but changing the race of another major super hero is just trying too hard. |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by stillreal(m): 4:31pm On Sep 09, 2015 |
cao: Thanos is the most egotistical maniac in the galaxy.Hell, he could bring Ronan back with the gem, just to have him in chains next to his throne and have the other whipping him . That's Thanos for you |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by cao(f): 5:15pm On Sep 09, 2015 |
stillreal:I'm guessing that's how he is in the comics, but we're dealing with MCU & what we've seen so far. The Thanos of MCU is done with the subpar works of his underlings, he's tired of their childish BS - he's already lost the mind stone & the tesseract thanks to Loki and the power stone thanks to Ronan & his anti-Xander shenanigans, his favourite daughter has turned against him, the competent one has left, he's 100% done with everybody's BS, he's taking care of business now as the post credit scene of AoU implies... |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by moneyallowed(m): 6:44pm On Sep 09, 2015 |
gj22:Yeah he made a sort of crazy sense. He was in business with the drug lords cos he was being practical; use their money to make a better city. Remember they were already in business before he arrived at the scene. He just climbed to the top, kept the ones that were useful and eliminated the rest. By the time we see Fisk, the Italian Mafia had been crushed. Bear in mind he had already set plans in motion to destroy the factions when they had outlived teir usefulness. The Russians went down and the Japanese mafia would have followed suit. I know Madame Gao was too powerful to dispose but she was never going to stick around for long Fisk actually had a plan, a realistic one, not some fairy tale like DD. I feel Hell's Kitchen would have been a better place in the end and Fisk would have turned into an okay guy. But DD had to go and drive him off the deep end, turn him into a monster he never wanted to become. Without DD, Fisk would never have become The Kingpin, the bane of Hell's kitchen. Season 1 was all about the origin and evolution of Kingpin. Fisk never becomes Kingpin till he goes to jail, till he embraces the evil and forges his empire, and we have DD to thank for that 1 Like |

moneyallowed:I would really like to see a marvel movie from the side of the bad guy, like a FF4 movie where Doom is the main character |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by moneyallowed(m): 2:19am On Sep 10, 2015 |
SIRcumalot:That's actually a great idea for F4 part 2, that is if they ever make one. Doom would be perfect. Magneto is another one they could use, he's someone who's motivation you can understand 1 Like |

Have a question. If Thanos wants all the gems for himself, why did he give loki the mind stone? |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by cao(f): 12:00pm On Sep 10, 2015 |
gj22:To use it to get the tesseract. Loki was supposed to use it to find the tesseract, then use the tesseract to get the Chitauris for the invasion of Earth, then Loki would have become ruler and would have returned both stones to Thanos. |

avengers 2 disappointed me with the over excessive use of cgi,sme 1 said it is because of the app I downloaded it from(moviehd) said yify is better,Abeg is dat true? |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by moneyallowed(m): 5:59am On Sep 11, 2015 |
Vyntra:Not sure the app was the problem tbh. There was a lot of cgi in the movie, some of it looked awesome-Quicksilver and Ultron, some of it looked poor- Hulk. If the quality you downloaded wasn't that great then yes, another version from yify would be better |
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by cao(f): 4:30pm On Sep 11, 2015 |
YIFY is always a good choice. |

DareDevil is a shitty show, I don't know where to start. The characters are just too poor.. It's a waste of time. |
