Please help me o, I no longer receive emails on my curve 7. This was after Mtn blocked my line and I had to go and register in their office. Two days now emails are no longer coming in but all other things like making calls, browsing are working fine.

i did the validation that day and my sim was reactivated later in the night i got a message from mtn that my validation was successful with a bonus of 500N air time.
yesterday in the evening i received another message from MTN that i should validate my sim as directed by NCC to avoid being disconnected
Those that mean that my validation was void? if so then why send me a confirmation message at the first please?

How is that my business! Please give me the link to unsubscribe for it or u help me out from your end, its so annoying! Else I will just port straight up! I cant be using a gsm network and be living in fear of it, and to add to it, none of your customer care is even connecting! This is a huge shame on MTN

hello pls Jidesim we ve bn having issues with ur network in royal avenue of doxa ny odili road in portharcourt for over six months now. its so bad dt texts take averagely btwn 12-24 hours to deliver either way . other networks are working well here and we are mostly considering porting. unless u guys resolve this fast. ur cistomer care is so unreachable. i almost lost a contract if not that my contact remembered to call my brother'glo line which he also had. this whole wahala has become unvearable. most times we either hang our phones phones on elevated platforms or reach for high grounds in search of network reception. this is not some remote place either....its opposite gulf estate in ph. my friends in gulf estate hav d same complaint......pls treat fast o.
