Darhmee: Guys pls I dont understand dis bbm on my samsung galaxy note.. its not seeing network, I can only send and receive messages like 5mins out of 24hours/a day.. I cant view ppls dp, I cant see their updates.. iv installed dis bbm like a month ago, re-installed a new version about a month ago as well but istill have the same problem

any advise this is so tiring

kkkossy: Pls for those uusing there bbm for android already, what network are u using? Is it on 3g, H+ or wifi. Cos I just realised that my bbm can only use wifi to connect and chat. Though I subscribed for bbm and MTN data bundle but still ain't Working.i am using galaxy note2. What's the way forward cos I can't receive or post any chat.

Go to SETTINGS>MORE SETTINGS>MOBILE NETWORKS>ACCESS POINT NAMES
Select MTN GPRS or MTN ACCESS (whichever you see), select PROXY and remove the values there and select OK.
Go to PORT and do the same thing.
So your PROXY and PORT will change to NOT SET. Next press the menu button on the left of your phone and select SAVE
Restart your phone afterwards and launch your BBM, you should get a positive response.
