I think that sentence is not properly written. Igbo language is a tonal language. Change the tone of a word and you give it another meaning despite having same spelling. Igwe for king Igwe for multitude. Igwe for iron. Agam ekuzi gi depending on the tone of speech of the speaker can be 'I will now carry you' On the other hand Agam ekuzi ri gi which I think is what you intend to write means, 'I will now teach you' Hope my explanations aren't too complex. Don't bother about your 500 airtime. |
