He just handed money over to a construction company in lagos and they handed him d keys. D only thing left was d flooring and d painting of d outsid of d building. Only because he hadnt decided what to do to the compound yet. The whole of d inside was tiled, pop'd , painted, wt all d finishings.

It take a story building first floor slab to cure 14 to 21 days, not even talking of block work,rendering and plastering and all finishes maybe you wan talk 6months sha

That's why there are many building collapse, unless nah pre-cast slab in they put untop each storey floor that's when i can believe ur 3weeks talk. That should be below standard hotel

The building is still standing strong since 2009. I saw the building from foundation, no precast

Most chinese real estate mogul dont build using conventional method of construction but prefabricated way. Its also common in countries like India, United States, Russia. Chinese are however the king.

2. Atiku Guest house Asokoro
3. Mike Adenuga of Glo house also in Abuja
4. Swam water factory
5. Even shoprites use prefabricated method of construction but not in all aspect just mostly foundation to concrete slab and or to end of blockwork
