hello gurus pls my laptop can't read any cd,software or dvd again what can i do to restore it?thanks |

Ay04z: If what you are saying is true, have you tried cleaning the lens of the DVD drive? wipe it with some type of cloth used for cleaning glass so that you don't scratch it. If that doesn't work, it's possible you have a defective DVD drive that would need to be replaced. 1 Like |

Ay04z: Replacement drives are not too expensive and very easy to replace (worse case scenario). 1 Like |
