Fellow Christians,
Our world is filled with numerous churches and pastors who for selfish reasons, had deviated from the way that Christ commanded us follow.
But should we all stop going to church or stop listening to today's pastors?
I think the solution is this:
We must believe that God doesn't live in any of these churches but lives in us when we purify our hearts.
We must also believe that in this new covenant era, God doesn't have a temple in any church as it was in the old covenant era. Our body is the temple of God; so we must keep it holy.
This shows that God is not found in all these end time churches but for the sake of helping one another spiritually and otherwise, we still have reasons to go to Church.
Now, the bottom line is this: WORSHIP GOD EVERYDAY BUT GO TO CHURCH WHENEVER YOU LIKE.

Friend, I can feel your sincerity and genuine desire to do what is right even though it seems to have led you down a flawed conclusion.

Yes there are wolves in sheep clothing, overwhelming perversion and exaggeration of certain aspects of the gospel above others. Christians need to stop being lazy and study the whole scriptures for themselves like the Berean Christians. Studying and meditating on the scriptures and praying keeps a Christian intoxicated with the Spirit of discernment and would help you identify the wolves among the sheep. Most importantly, the best teacher one can have in these times is the Holy Spirit.

Secondly, We know that God is omnipresent; but His manifest presence is amplified when we are gathered together in His name. Apart from the fact that it is a command for Christians to gather together, there are uncountable benefits one can get apart from nourishment that comes from the out pour of God's presence. we enjoy the benefits of each others gift. A good singer or choir will sing songs that will open your heart to God. The testimony of believers will boost your faith. The blessings released by the Spiritual head will spice up your life...a lot of prophecies, teachings, word of wisdom etc can come forth. The church is a model of God's ideal world. In the Church, you learn and receive empowerment to go out and expand God's kingdom.

Yes, you are the temple of God, but you are only a member of a whole with many parts. The most anointed and spiritual person will do less in isolation.

If you, till now don't know that the Church is under serious attack within and without, then sorry dear.

I stop going to my parents church cos they still think the current pastor is the same as the one they knew when there were less technology advancement and less love for money than the gospel..... Ecclesiastes 10:19b says "Money answereth everything". But many pastors have taken it too far this days. They can take about 5 offerings and several donations back2back just in one service which make one doubt today's church and pastors.
