Eko FM is offering same service. Its possible to deploy although a bit expensive.

Streaming audio is a "radio" broadcast over the internet.  In simplest terms, you sit down at your computer, click a couple of links, and wait for the "streaming audio" to load and play through the speakers hooked up to your computer.  Once you're connected, it is virtually the same as listening to radio. 

Streaming Media data is transmitted by a server and presented in real-time to a client application running on a PC or other electronic device such as a cellular phone or Personal Digital Assistant (PDA). Streaming media allows these devices to begin playback of the multimedia as soon as enough data has been received and stored in the client's buffer.

An advantage or disadvantage(to pirates  ) of Streaming Media is that it allows the multimedia to be downloaded and viewed simultaneously and leaves behind no physical file on the client's device. Only pros who know about Blaze Media Pro software can work their way round this. The software isny available at the comp villa the last time i checked.

You can concentrate on your business (feeds) and have someone else manage the server or you run everything inhouse if you hav the bandwidth. I just completed a project similar to this for signet ltd(lekki).

Guy You are good and love your package I just want to know to have my own radio online and maybe with time have my own live radio station. I have been trying to call the number put on line put not going thru. Telling you don't have enough facility to receive any calls.
