The seller might not be happy with the delay in returning. Were you able to confirm the seller has received the goods? If yes, is it within the return policy date. some sellers do charge restocking fee. Let the seller know you are okay with that but you want him to initiate a refund. If no response still then. Then tell him you will file a dispute. Cause he can't keep the goods as well as the money.

All thanks to chinos, everythin has gone passed, infact, ebay actually closed the return item case before the item got delivered, i have emailed the seller a few times, no response.

thats the thing, whats the difference, he got the item in good condition, and he is a big time seller o, with over 270 items in his ebay store, i thought a little above 50 dollars shouldnt be a problem

No. Up to 6 months for Paypal disputes.

If it comes to that, and you paid via Paypal, open a Paypal dispute instead.

Guy, stop wasting time. Open a Paypal dispute and if you are sure the item has been returned and you have proof of that, I assure you that you'll get your money back. No fear!
