A Hausa friend of mine told me yesterday that a bag of onions goes for #3500 presently in sokoto. Wamakko precisely. I am going to kasuwa today to confirm. |

My findings so far. Pix 1 and 2 goes for #4000 (big onions) at the market while pix 3 is #3500.(medium). Transportation(young shall grow) from sokoto to ibadan and lagos is #2000 and loading to the marcopolo is #200. Please someone should help me with the price of bag of onions in Lagos and Ibadan. mbagideon: The #200 is for loading of the of a bag of onions to the marcopolo bus here in sokoto while the company charge #2000 per bag for transportation. |

Its getting cheaper. Was told it will still be sold for 1k. Now is the time to buy and store, this same bag of dried onions will go for 15k and above in some months time. The prob is how to store and space for storage. Aside onions, dried pepper, corn etc can be bought cheap, stored and sell when the price is high. |
