Depends on the games u have at hand..
. If u have about 5 tough teams to face in coming weeks, training g on defending while putting mentality on counter attack would be ideal.

If Ure having not so strong teams to face, a balanced attacking would do.

Then when u see ur players now trying to outshine each other... bring in the teamwork focus.

am talking about that round ball with balanced, fitness, ball control, etc

And the focus u train yur team with depends on the style of play you wnt yur to play......

Its not a must u must ave 8 eng players in yur team... I usually ave a squad of 18-19 registered players....the rest are under 21...d@'s how I bypass d rule....

Also if u dnt ave up to 8 u can still register oda players bt u won't ave a complete team......

The rule is important bt der are ways to bypass it.....just d@ u ave to operate on a smaller or younger team..

someone help!!i downloaded fm16 from skidrow-games,was a .rar file(1.9gb) i extracted and i open d game bt i kept getting dis prompt dat says "error encountered user/document/sports interactive/crash dumb blah blah!! i dnt knw hw to fix dis on my own cos i have tried. i even downloaded another .rar file from skidrow it is34mb in size and i dnt knw what to do with it. someone pls rescue me.

Maybe ur laptop's hardware doesn't meet the Minimum requirements.
