All I read is police was deployed to control the situation and investigate underlying cause of upheaval. No mention of arresting those that perpetrated it.
Even though fuel is scarce, it doesn't stop those frustrated miserable people from sourcing petrol for jungle justice in nigeria. Even someone that can't afford to give N20 won't hesitate to buy petrol.

More reason why the ban on Okada should be total.

This brutal and mindless act of violence, is the result of decades of an informally sanctioned, and approved jungle justice culture. We the people are responsible in part, for this reprehensible crime. A few days ago, a young man was murdered for the mere fact of his sexual proclivities and many expressed sentiments that encouraged his murder.

I think many Nigerians in general are mean people. May God teach the wicked among us to repent.
