I personally do not think our female specie are programmed to carry 6 babies at a time. That is meant for pigs. She is lucky to be alive. How did she conceive 6 babies?. Wonderful !!!.

They could have survived, they do it overseas. Even the stillbirth wouldn't have occurred.
If scan and ultrasound was done at 2-3months of the pregnancy, they would have known the peculiar situation at hand and she would have been advised and placed on proper medical surveillance. She probably didn't know she was carrying 6babies until it all happened.
Poverty, in the sense that rich people do not take their health and that of their pregnant wives for joke. they can afford the best hospital around and the condition will be detected earlier, except we have special case at hand.
Am not happy hearing this kind of avoidable sad news

You're right, no advanced country can preserve a four month old foetus, six is the least they can manage. Nobody just decided to give birth at four months. To be sincere I have heard cases of premature still births at 6-7 months and the doctors pointed to mosquitoes as the cause. Four monthsbis just some the height of it. The foetus at that point is not in any way fully developed.

,this case is peculiar, they can never reach full term in their mothers womb or she won't make it. What they do is offer monitor it and offer advanced care to the mother, once the pregnancy gets to like late five to six months, they take them out and they complete the rest at incubator. These can never survive in Nigeria. You think that woman that had 5 at once would have survived it if it's in Nigeria.? The answer is no.

Humans r naturally not built to carry high multiples of babies. So its natural dat d womb needs support. Alot of factors can cause d womb to open b4 time.
