aalangel: I currently live in rented accommodation. Since i packed into the house...I have never seen my landlord...who lives in another town. All our dealings have been through the agent. I had a similar thing going on when I was a student living off campus. Agent representing the landlord can serve a quit notice if he has the power of attorney from the landlord. Even he can go as far as representing the landlord in court. But do we even know if the story is true. aalangel: 5 Likes |
