please i need help urgently... im presently in my local government and they just told me the body was dissolved.. there is no local government chairmen.. im presently confused .. he told me the only thing they can do is to give me letter of attention and sign it but i won't get the passport and drivers license... pls what do i do...?

who is the person that told you they can give you the letter? Because if the council has been dissolve and there is no chairman or secretary then nobody there is qualified to give you a letter. You may have to find a Sec school principal in you community to help you out.
