Human Resources Office (HRO)
The Human Resources Office is responsible for
providing a full range of personnel services for
American and Locally Employed Staff (LES)
members. The HRO is responsible for implementing
HR policies and procedures for the American
diplomatic Mission Nigeria. The HRO provides
guidance on all HR related programs

Im sure the recruitment process will include one getting a security clearance certificate from either the FBI or CIA that one is not associated with any terrorist/militant group or even Fulani terrorizing herdsmen. Hiv negative status should be inclusive in the criteria as well
