I'm so sorry, i've been offline since yesterday. To your question, it is a very wrong notion to think chemical engineering is only restricted to only oil and gas. As a matter of fact, it is one of the most versatile engineering courses, I used to have that notion to the extent that I was almost changing from my course from chemical to elect as a freshman back then, I was only lucky to have asked Xfire here on nairaland before taking the step as my mind was made up then, he was the one that put a call through and persuaded me not to change by opening my eyes to the great opportunities that lies in chemical engineering beyond O&G, I reluctantly succumed to his words, today,I'm happy I listened to him back then, as I can now confirm it by myself. By the time you get to the department and start working in unit operation lab, biochemical lab, analytical lab and the rest, you'll fall in love with chemical engineering and will realise its not just limited to oil and gas. We were at Unilever on an industrial visit some weeks ago, Lo, Unilever is not an oil and gas coy. ChE is a great course. I've decided to show you some pictures of your senior colleagues at Unilever, though I'll pull if down later.
You're on the right path dear.

If you have some other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Gracials.
Is it true that ChE(THE UNIVERSAL COURSE) is d only dept that is mostly related to phamacy...?

When I was registering on the eportal I filled my surname and last name but mistakenly forgot to put in my middle name.. And when I tried editing it, it says that I have been cleared and I can't make anymore modifications

So how do I edit this or would I have to go to Oau
it isn't too hard d as you think, just go to oau.

First day @ school, i had left home by 6:30am hoping to get to school on time b'cos prior to that, we had dicussed on nairaland that, to get a wadrobe, it was 1st come 1st serve.
>
I woke up 11pm and packed from then till 6am in the morning. Sharp sharp, i called one keke, put all my loads in it, took me to costain, boarded a bus to Ojota...after i had paid for 2 seats, we set off.
>
To cut the long story short, after all the everything and the rush rush, i entered the room first....lo and behold, my room had no wadrobe. Lobatan!

This month, God will enlighten your mind with truth, Inflame your heart with love, Inspire your will with courage. Just like God saved David from the arrow of Saul, every evil arrow of death or sorrow thrown to you or your family member will miss target in Jesus name. Happy new month

They werent joking.
There were no bed numbers, so we chose anywhere that we preferred.

It was to the disadvantage of those (freshers) who resumed late though, b'cos by the time they came, they had to make do with the not-so-good spaces.
