I subscribed for night plan and mtn wiped my data I called them they returned it back but I can't be able to use they are deducting from my day bundle plan. Pls help

I did the N500 - 750mb and got only 150mb. I had 729.8mb and wanted to top it up.

JideSM, Kindly help resolve my blackberry subscription issue. I subscribed for the BBC 1000 Package last week, the money was deducted but up till now i couldn't browse. I called your customer care and i was told that they can see my subscription has been successful from their end. Whenever i send STATUS TO 21600 to confirm my subscription status, i always get Yello! Your blackberry has no active DA. This message always confirm my conviction that the subscription was not successful and thus the reason for my inability to browse. My number is 08063100895...kindly expedite action in resolving this issue as a matter of urgency!

@mtn nairaland agent(s)....mtn fraudulently wiped out data balances on two lines I had subscribed legally for. I had subscribed for the 4.5gb day/night plan and had valid subscription to last 30days. yesterday, however, to my utter annoyance and disappointment, I found that my data had all been taken away for no known reason even though it isn't a month yet. I want mtn to reinstate my data balances back inclusive of compensation for my losses due to inability to use data when I needed to. if in 24hours from now, nothing is done, I will have no choices left other than to make a formal report to NCC and escalate the matter. if you require more information, I will be obliged to supply them as necessary.

Hello sorry for the inconvenience, you can use the plan from 9pm - 6am, kindly turn off your data by 9pm to enable the bundle switch

i need help urgently please. each time i swiched to 3G it will show EDGE instead of 3G some time 3G will come and gone. i want it to be steady. because of dat am unable to download or browse with the sim pls have a check on the sim 08104631102 URGENTLY

Hello sorry for the inconvenience, May i know your type of device? if you are using an ANDROID device you need to change your network mood to 3G ALONE or WCDMA alone

sometime it might show 3g in day time but during from 11.PM it totally got lost

I tried it last nite all to no avail. Even the time I sent u this message it couldn't work. Its only my day bundle they are deducting . I off and on my data connection around 9pm till 2am but the nite bundle still remained without being deducted pls help

Good morning. I subscribed for Mtn 1.5gbffor 1k. But I was unable to browse with it today. I discovered that the remaining 1.3gb had been moved to night plan when I checked my account balance. This believe is not suppose to be.
Affected number is 08137457862. Kindly, rectify the error.

JIdeSM, I recharged my phone on Saturday.on sunday, n100 was deducted from my account.also, on Monday n20 was deducted from my remaining n25 in my account.help me rectify that.seems MTN wants to do daily deduction from my account. mind you I didn't make any call during these days.my number is .....

I'm not happy with MTN ng at all as they have deliberately deactivated my night plan balance from their former 4.5gb day and night plan. I was told to reboot my phone to make the night plan data work but it would not work even after several trying. I still have 585mb left of the night plan. 08062417052

Hello Jide,
I noticed you are carefully avoiding answering questions and complaints on the night plan data that got wiped out. If there is no solution, please just say so and lets move on. I have been an ardent mtn customer since 2004 and I don't think I should be treated badly.

I have outstanding balance of 22GB on my night data plan before it was wiped out by MTN. Now I have gone ahead to subscribe for 10GB plan @5k for all day plan.

The least you can do is to return my 22Gb back to me or explain why this cant be done. Or is it too much to ask?

Have been unable to browse on my line also since last night and I still have 712mb to expire may 26....you people are useless .....my gf was unable to browse yesterday too only for her to check her bundle balance at night 0.0mb ...am not dropping my number here.expect me in maritime building.....
