You don't need to get tensed. I think it's being sent in batches (and in alphabetical order according to the States). Most of the pple that got are from Anambra, Akwa Ibom, Benue States. So keep calm, you'll get one soon

Sure. As long as you met their requisites and filled the form correctly, you're good to go. I even filled the form reluctantly cos I was (and still am) apathetic about the police stuff. Let's see how it goes.
