How much will the whole project cost in the suburb of Lagos?

It may just be same cost as in the east or PH, the only difference might be the type of land in Lagos. There are some lands that will need a lot of work, and maybe a different type of foundation before you start the project. In the event the land is swampy, you might need to add another N3m to get a higher, raft foundation for the building.

As usual.....this is another wonderful lecture from OGA Spyder. More grace sir. I have a project I'm about going back to next month. I've done the foundation and going now to start block work to roofing. I am gathering blocks 9" .. Told I'll need about 5400 blocks to finish.. Can you kindly advice on this and more specific on materials and cost to finish the decking of the pent floor? I will be seeking advice from the guru occasionally if you don't mind sir. Many thanks

I've also noticed from most of your previous threads that you don't talk about stone dust blocks. What's the difference between blocks made with sharp sand and those made with stone dust? How many blocks will you make from a bag of cement with stone dust only? Thinking of moulding some blocks too for strength.

Stone dust is not so popular in some states. So many states use sharp sand mostly for their construction works.
