Very good. The various sporting organisations. Should source for funds and sponsorships instead of depending on the Federal Government. They are going there to make names and money for themselves.

Everybody dey roast for this country now.

My advice to our athletes is that, they better stay behind than to be left to their fates at the Olympics. Lesson learnt in life is "never overlook/ignore a red signal .. It's better to forget abt the Olympics Than to go and face shames and disgrace

This is the beginning of the end for sport in this country. The government can't do it alone. I agree they waste money on frivolity but we need private companies to step up and support. Instead of zenith bank sponsoring fayose's election why can't they support one or two athletes in other to make nigeria better. The earlier the better

People are tighting their belts, forgoing what they used to enjoy, just to save some change. My point is, the country is not worth this stress at all. If the FG and cooperate organisations are not ready to support them, they should forget and forgo the Olympics plain and simple, in fact all of them should "down tool" if there is no fund and they should not use their own money. This is very shameful.

Nigeria is becoming a joke under this government of Buhari and APC
Shame on those people who brought us here with their Yeye vote. It could have been better if those thumb they used to cast those votes for APC be cut off.

if this country is not a bad joke yet to everyone in the world, then that means the REAL COMEDY SHOW has not started yet and I don't think that's a good thing.
