If the culprit does not have a valid driving license, then it's murder. If she has a valid license, then as sad as it is, it's merely an accident.

Okay, in the event the family of the deceased say they are not interested in justice, is the govt obliged to still proceed with the case nonetheless.

Stop spreading unverified news NL get the facts right before u post negative and damaging story online .the driver is nt even a member of our church she came to visit her sister on that street. It was just an unfortunate event. And she didn't die at arrival at the hospital as claimed.they doctors did all they could and she was responding to treatment but died later due to complications and internal bleeding. The least u could do is pray for they family of the deceased. Thank you
