Welldone spyder. Pls could you give the lenght per breadth of the ground floor? This building is nearly similar to mine. I want to observe the sizes of re signing off the project.

Average of N10 million for construction stage, another N10 million for the finish stages, depending on what your tastes in finishing is.

Spyder please is it possible for a similar project like this (4bedroom duplex) with 10.5m by 9.5m to be completed with N7m...till steptile roof...no parapet.

And what will be the cost estimate till decking? The land is flat and foundation will carry only 4blocks till dpc.
