The first Ethiopian song I listened to was a remix of Flavour's sawa sawa le, but I didn't know the Ethiopian artists names

That is Ziggi Zaga with teddy yo. Ziggy zaga's 'jilo' song is much better cuz he made it him self (not copying from others like in sawale) and plus, any African would love it, I really like Jilo. But a serious measurement must be made to Ethiopian artists! Every Ethiopian is ashamed of this!
Here are the lists of songs copied by Ethiopian Artists. All are different. We can make our songs by our self, that's when it's beautiful! So here is the list

Antenna- fuse odj Ethiopian antenna! Eh Eh Eh! just DISGUSTING!
Skelewu- Davido only the beat is taken in the Ethiopian version, honestly, the Ethiopian clip is very cool.
Chop my money - psquare ft.Akon 'Chop my money' is translated to Amharic. The whole lyric is Amharic but u can easily tell it's copied

I think it's funny they made parodies of those songs grin but their cool, yes I agree Ethiopians should carry on staying authentic

Not only from abroad, but they also steal songs from another Ethiopian. And you can see them dealing with this on court. But it's better from an Ethiopian then a Nigerian. Both is stealing though. But almost every song which is made stolen is cooler than the original. When it comes to the songs they have stolen from the other Ethiopians. Maybe that is what motivated them. undecided These people are cray

Ethiopians and Eritreans just keep their opinions to themselves. Somalis can be more obnoxious.

Every nationality can have some negative to say to others, but for some reason only Somali trolls picked nairaland to flaunt their hate and deciet

It's one troll. And it's literally the same guy who keeps posting everywhere. Ajuran/Lancer etc.

He loves to push your buttons. Most Somalis just keep to themselves and stay in their own forums.

Stop lying. Your posts are identical and you both claim to be atheists. It's all you.

Plus you both made the exact same joke about Ramadan and Muslims being dizzy.

Just admit it najisyahow

Am a Nigerian, i also love Ethiopian music so much. this musician called Abeba Desalegn really inspires me much with her music even though i never understand a word of what she says in Amharic.

I think it would b more appreciable if ethiopian singera like her can record some of her songs in English.
