Some many has entered into the fold(the church) with deceiving errors with the intent to pull many away. Check the Christian Church today, is it happening?

So many Christians today, do not read the Bible for themselves, they depend on "My Daddy in the Lord" to read it for them. The Daddies in the Lord" knows this, he twists the word to mean what he wants he wants it to mean. Taking it out of context and misleading the flock. He makes God a grand Father, and himself a father to the flock, but when challenges comes which only God can handle, the Daddies in the Lord" disappears. This type turn on God they never knew and get discouraged and disillusioned, they storm off in anger, turning atheist.

The Spirit and operations of the Antichrist is very subtle that even the "Daddy in the Lord" may not know when he is playing the part of God in the life of God's Children.

So many are afraid, their Hearts are failing them. The way Christians are being killed everywhere and it seems Jesus is incapacitated. Jesus is powerless to help those who believe in him, so, they can't stay in this Faith and die, they must protect themselves. So they leave.
Jesus says "Let your heart not be troubled, I have over come the world" and he has. And let nothing separate us from the love of God. Nothing.

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or unclothedness, or peril, or sword?

But so many who do not know Christ directly, gets separated from that love.

I have attended an intercessory meeting and one of the ministers was calling prayer points and I just saw him in front of an alfa like he had don consultation there, I just shake my head, but we have a lot of them, I have been in a ministration and the pastor the lord said these and I hear I didn't tell him that one, he just added his own. What am I saying make all man hokd himself, Grow spiritually, every man can hear God, there is nothing a pastor would tell me now, that I don't already know, when he begin to say another thing I will correct and say daddy GO, Gid did not tell me that.

So, I don't believe its wrong to consult Daddy GO you should kniw they are human being therfore can say nonsense, but when you already have an idea, you would that daddy GO was just saying his own.

I had this interesting dream early Friday morning.
But before I proceed I will like to put some things in context.
1. I had being having a lot of significant dreams lately and occasionally trances. Some I understand and some I don’t. Some downright scary and some lovely, it’s being an eventful time where I have being facing many tough decisions about my calling, career and the lady I am dating. Increasingly everything just looks like I have been walking in my own plans instead of God’s will.
2. On Thursday I had a very hot debate with some atheist and Muslims on my Facebook page. The zeal couldn’t just keep me quiet, and some of then that were my colleagues were probably offended. So I wandering I went too far, or just chill small with my one man Jesus brigade.
3. Then I innocently looked for trouble as I laid in bed, I pray that if God wanted to show me a dream from him this night, it should give me more clarity on some decisions I need to make and I don’t want dreams I forget or the ones I don’t know the interpretation (all the lazy me had in heart was a short cut and final confirmation that I needed to end my relationship with my GF, so I can make one decision first)
4. I woke up around 3 am and tried to do my usual prayers, for a while, I was awake, but this heavy uncontrollable sleep just came, so I tried resisting by praying in tongues eventually I gave up and laid on my bed praying in tongues quietly and that was it.

I said all this to emphasize that I wasn’t thinking anything along the line of what I saw, which could have made me had a soulish dream

What I saw!
I saw myself with an old phone of mine. When I was using the phone, I was a porn addict. I saw myself being drawn (like something was pulling me) to open some porn videos on it. But I was resisting, I opened one and quickly closed meanwhile I was trying to hide what I was doing from my younger sister. Then I got drawn again but this time, I rebuked the urge and shouted NO! THIS IS NOT ME. Immediately I saw myself in an open street, and I heard a voice from above (powerful yet soothing and not scary) and he started giving me a running commentary as he was showing me things to come (somehow I couldn’t remember all he said to me, maybe because of the shock of what I saw and I was too dazed to immediately put pen to paper). One word I did remember was he talked about a MASSIVE INCREASE IN IMMORALITY, I saw on the street a lawless society, a lady and guy were having fun on one corner, some guys were raping another guy on the same street, all sorts of perversion and nobody seemed to care. Then suddenly I saw two sets of army, the brutal army had subdued the other and they lied all the men on the floor as far as my eyes could see, they were buffeting them while some were being executed on the ground as far as my eyes can see. As I looked forward, I saw a DESOLATE WILDERNESS as far as I could see up to to the seashore. It was as if something burnt and destroyed everything. Just black and white sand, nothing living and when I looked up. In a few seconds I SAW THE MOON GOING OFF. It was as if it was being zipped from downwards upwards and the light went off. I didn’t look up long enough to see other things in the sky but it was evident other things were happening.
THEN I SAW ONE INTERESTING PART, I SAW A YEAR WRITTEN ON WHAT LOOKED LIKE A LARGE METAL BOARD AT A DISTANCE, BUT THE YEAR WAS PURPOSELY BLURRED, I STRAINED MY BEST TO SEE IF I COULD GET AN IDEA WHAT YR IT WAS BUT I COULDN’T, BUT I KNEW IT’S NOT FAR This part really irked me and gave me chills.
Next thing I saw was that I woke in my house (but I was actually still dreaming) I saw one of my elder sisters going to open d door, it was Sunday morning and I quickly ran to church where I met my usual evangelism partner and I narrated what I saw and that the part of the board with the year I couldn’t see was worrying but it seems to be about something concerning me instead and not the world. Then he started telling concerning the end times too that people will be obsessed with death and many will commit suicides by influences of demon spirits and some other stuff. Before I eventually woke up and realized I was in my room... lol.

I’ve been pondering on it, to understand and remember more and I want to try what I saw more with the word of God. Because u can never rule out the mind. But some of things are just so vivid particularly the moon disappearing. Recently too, I had a funny dream at night, but I was so overwhelmed I didn’t remember much but I remember the last part was a command to go preach the gospel to all the world.
I’m sorry for the length of the post. I hate being confused lol. But It looks like where I have found myself.

howdy bro. i see things i think most people cant see.. they are not spirits or fallen angels..
i see shining objects of different colours.. i really cant explain it. they kinda look like rings or something of that sort, and they are usually very many. i started seeing them when i was around 8-9 yrs old. i was all alone in a room when it started and since then i have been seeing them. anytime i put my mind off it.. it goes away, anytime i think abt it, it comes, sometimes it jst comes on its own. please can u explain what they mean?

It was like a shop sort of, one man came and wanted to buy a blender I was selling, in the blender I had already blended peppers and tomatoes, the man wanted to buy everything(blender and everything in it) he aske how much I said 4800 he said I should reduce the price I said it was the last price, he later bought it
I later found myself somewhere with my sisters I can't remember what happened but my sisters I was with escaped and some guys there wanted to rape me I fought the first guy he fell down and when the second guy came, I woke up.

I'll share a secret about hearing from God.
Most people ask themselves 'Why does God not talk to me'.. Most people get depressed and angry that they have not heard from God or maybe they think that God has stopped talking to them even when they pray so hard.


I want you to know that you're wrong. God has always been talking. God always speaks. But sin makes our hearts and minds weary. It causes our ears to be too heavy to hear the voice of God.


James 4:8
Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.



There's this one trick i'll put down here in order to hear from God. Actually, its not a trick. It's a spiritual principle.

Try to imagine that God is with you. But the moment you sin, an invincible ear plugs block your ears and then it becomes difficult to hear God. God is still speaking even with those your earplugs on your ear, but the more you sin you create a one feet distance from God. Remember God is still speaking. You're hearing Him, but very very little.


You continue in your sins and you now create 10 feet away from God. You're drawing too far away from God. God is looking at you but still speaking. His words has become too faint that you cannot even hear Him. You keep sinning and this time around Satan and demons come to have playtime with you, distracting you even more from hearing God and preventing you from trying to draw near to Him.
For they know, that if you try to draw near to Him then you will surely hear Him at least a little. So satan and demons don't want to take chances. They'll make sure you continue to sin and keep those earplugs on.


And even when you pray in this position, God will hide His face from you. He is a jealous God. Seeing you messing around with all those demons in sin and drawing away from Him upsets Him.


It is said in the book of Isaiah 59:2

But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.


Have you ever heard the phrase that says 'Satan becomes afraid when a christian goes down on his/her knees to pray.
That's absolutely true.


The spiritual logic in hearing God is this...
You can download those words which God has been speaking to you about. Those words you did not hear. And you can hear clearly from God.
You only need to draw near to Him. Your spirit must feel drawn to Him. The moment you're near to God those ear plugs will burn off your ears.


When you love someone you think you lost, or someone you miss a lot and you want to keep remembering that person what do you do?

You either hold onto one of the persons things like their clothes, the gifts they gave you, their books, their pictures etc. You hold on to the things of someone you love to feel closer to that person.

It's the same thing here.
You have to hold onto anything that inspires your spirit to feel God closer. It could be an inspirational Christian song you play that makes you reflect on God and cause you to cry; it could be a movie that inspires your christian faith; it could be God's words (the bible) or it could be praise and worship or it could even be in a congregation sharing God'd words and sharing testimonies to edify your spirit man.


These things are actually spirit foods to our spirit.

Our spirits come from God, so when the things of God are lacking in our lives, our spirit feels empty.

There is no way on earth that you won't hear God speak to you if you take in the spirit foods i listed above. You may not hear Him vocally, but you may hear Him speak to you is through dreams and visions. You will begin to see dreams and visions again, much more this time around then before and if you take them serious, the Lord will speak to you more and more and through other various means.


So, the notion that God speaks only to prophets is wrong. These are the last days and He has poured out His Spirit unto the earth and has promised to speak to everyone with an open heart. And anyone who draws near to Him will hear His voice.

Joel 2:28
And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions.


You only need to stop your sins and desire God(move close to Him) to hear clearly from Him.

20= Number of expectancy or redemption.
500= Abundance of God's grace (in your case).
Coconut= a blessing to take place in your life (in the future).


What God is saying is that He will bless you out of His Grace and it won't be because of your works. You are expecting something in your life, He will give that thing to you in a miraculous way and redeem you(changing your whole life). He will turn your life around.


500-20= 480
4= Creation
8= New beginning
0 = Life (in your case)


Your change should have been 480, this means that a new beginning will be formed in your life after this event. But God is insisting that this will be done not from your doing but from His divine mercies and grace.

Expect a marvellous blessing coming into your life soon. And remember that it is God's doing and not yours.

I want to write about this dangerous object called the ouija board. Its sometimes called the talking board. People or even children use it as a play thing. It is supposedly used to communicate with the spirit of the dead. When you ask your question, the spirit will start moving the piece of wood or plastic through the letters and player will be able to spell out the letters and understand the spirit.

The truth is that it is a demon that is controlling this board and many people has been possessed by the demon. It opens a spiritual portal through which this demons come. It has also lead to the death, insanity or even terrible hallucinations of the player who dabbles in it. People's destiny has been made useless by this evil spirit.

It can start with just a little question. Like: "who am I talking to"?" Now this is the place the deception starts. The demon will now pose as any of your dead loved ones. It will tell you things that will leave you with no doubt that you are talking to your deceased loved one. It can even answer questions like your birthday date, exam day, will you pass or fail, and so many others. Satan, who is the master of all deception, will try to make you believe that you are indeed conversing with a spirit.

Most times, it might not be a dead one. It might be that it is a spirit. (though an evil one). It will give its name. Many foolish players (for they are all foolish) sometimes said that it gives the name of a fallen angel. It might even turn it backward. Like a spirit gave its name as "natas". Put it in its proper way and it is "satan". Like I mentioned earlier, it will start quietly like a good spirit, but it will gradually show its true nature.

It will start controlling things, trying to harm the player, sleepless night, terrible apparitions, and others. Sometimes, even going as far as killing the person. After possessing the person, that person will become a witch or a wizard. All these diviners, palmisters, star gazers, etc. It will steal the person's destiny. Children that dabble with might run mad, seeing things people can't see, talking to invisible people, etc.

Houses that the ouija board is played is usually possessed, disturbing the occupants even when the original players play leave. A man of God has to dedicate the house to God before they leave. Most times, they are haunted for life. Watch mist of these horror films about possessions and you will see it there. I think they are trying to warn the viewers.

So you see how a seemingly harmless play thing can become the source of one's life problems. It is very very very dangerous. Speaking with the dead (though in this case, it is a demon) is forbidden. Its necromancy and the bible strictly forbids it. Below is a picture of what it looks:

I came late to a class that was being held outdoor and the lecturer was looking at me like :see this wan, it's now that you're coming, but from the look of things it looked like they hadn't done much. The environment was like a scanty market environment, with some parts dry and dusty (like in dry seasons ). I could sight an open dry land in the "10-11 O'clock direction" . It looked like the day wasn't a market day.The lecturer was a man, part of the board was charcoaled while some parts were wooden color because the charcoal had faded from them . Sometimes it looked like it was in an indoor classroom as well. I sat down, the teacher' s materials (like materials he writes lecture stuffs ) were under my desk. I wanted to write what was on the board but he cleaned the first part so I changed my mind to later collect from someone that works in my office (but was in the class too),but l later changed my mind and decided I was going to collect from a female classmate. (When I was in school I preferred collecting anything like note from her cause she was usually thorough in writing, the way I liked.) you know some times when you come into the middle of a lecture it mightbe hard start understanding because of prior parts you missed but in this case I was understanding and at the course of the class I went forward and asked some questions and he personally answered me(like he was interested in answering me) . It was all about finding the: Area, weight of a "wood board." What he was basically trying to explain was how to determine the weight and area of a "wood board' putting into consideration the face cover , and that in Ogun they require you include the Edge band in your considerations too. He was even stuck trying to remember the nane "edge band" until I helped him it out. So it was as if the class was about wood boards. In the class code he wrote "No.5" before the course code which I didn't see clearly but I'm going to assume it's "LL 115" for the sake of this example I will give now. It looked liked like:"No.5 LL 115."
The class didn't take time to finish and he drove off.
I've always had dreams of approaching exam like we were still in school but have little time to prepare because sth delayed us like strike. But I always wake up and feel happy that it was only a dream cos I've even served(NYSC).
I remember praying to God to give me focus, let me know His will foe the period of my life and I don't mind if it is in a dream, He should pls just make it absolutely clear.

Like I posted earlier I hardly remember my dreams but I remembered this one.

Hello Guys,

I'll share a secret about hearing from God.
Most people ask themselves 'Why does God not talk to me'.. Most people get depressed and angry that they have not heard from God or maybe they think that God has stopped talking to them even when they pray so hard.


I want you to know that you're wrong. God has always been talking. God always speaks. But sin makes our hearts and minds weary. It causes our ears to be too heavy to hear the voice of God.


James 4:8
Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.



There's this one trick i'll put down here in order to hear from God. Actually, its not a trick. It's a spiritual principle.

Try to imagine that God is with you. But the moment you sin, an invincible ear plugs block your ears and then it becomes difficult to hear God. God is still speaking even with those your earplugs on your ear, but the more you sin you create a one feet distance from God. Remember God is still speaking. You're hearing Him, but very very little.


You continue in your sins and you now create 10 feet away from God. You're drawing too far away from God. God is looking at you but still speaking. His words has become too faint that you cannot even hear Him. You keep sinning and this time around Satan and demons come to have playtime with you, distracting you even more from hearing God and preventing you from trying to draw near to Him.
For they know, that if you try to draw near to Him then you will surely hear Him at least a little. So satan and demons don't want to take chances. They'll make sure you continue to sin and keep those earplugs on.


And even when you pray in this position, God will hide His face from you. He is a jealous God. Seeing you messing around with all those demons in sin and drawing away from Him upsets Him.


It is said in the book of Isaiah 59:2

But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.


Have you ever heard the phrase that says 'Satan becomes afraid when a christian goes down on his/her knees to pray.
That's absolutely true.


The spiritual logic in hearing God is this...
You can download those words which God has been speaking to you about. Those words you did not hear. And you can hear clearly from God.
You only need to draw near to Him. Your spirit must feel drawn to Him. The moment you're near to God those ear plugs will burn off your ears.


When you love someone you think you lost, or someone you miss a lot and you want to keep remembering that person what do you do?

You either hold onto one of the persons things like their clothes, the gifts they gave you, their books, their pictures etc. You hold on to the things of someone you love to feel closer to that person.

It's the same thing here.
You have to hold onto anything that inspires your spirit to feel God closer. It could be an inspirational Christian song you play that makes you reflect on God and cause you to cry; it could be a movie that inspires your christian faith; it could be God's words (the bible) or it could be praise and worship or it could even be in a congregation sharing God'd words and sharing testimonies to edify your spirit man.


These things are actually spirit foods to our spirit.

Our spirits come from God, so when the things of God are lacking in our lives, our spirit feels empty.

There is no way on earth that you won't hear God speak to you if you take in the spirit foods i listed above. You may not hear Him vocally, but you may hear Him speak to you is through dreams and visions. You will begin to see dreams and visions again, much more this time around then before and if you take them serious, the Lord will speak to you more and more and through other various means.


So, the notion that God speaks only to prophets is wrong. These are the last days and He has poured out His Spirit unto the earth and has promised to speak to everyone with an open heart. And anyone who draws near to Him will hear His voice.

Joel 2:28
And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions.


You only need to stop your sins and desire God(move close to Him) to hear clearly from Him.

I want to write about this dangerous object called the ouija board. Its sometimes called the talking board. People or even children use it as a play thing. It is supposedly used to communicate with the spirit of the dead. When you ask your question, the spirit will start moving the piece of wood or plastic through the letters and player will be able to spell out the letters and understand the spirit.

The truth is that it is a demon that is controlling this board and many people has been possessed by the demon. It opens a spiritual portal through which this demons come. It has also lead to the death, insanity or even terrible hallucinations of the player who dabbles in it. People's destiny has been made useless by this evil spirit.

It can start with just a little question. Like: "who am I talking to"?" Now this is the place the deception starts. The demon will now pose as any of your dead loved ones. It will tell you things that will leave you with no doubt that you are talking to your deceased loved one. It can even answer questions like your birthday date, exam day, will you pass or fail, and so many others. Satan, who is the master of all deception, will try to make you believe that you are indeed conversing with a spirit.

Most times, it might not be a dead one. It might be that it is a spirit. (though an evil one). It will give its name. Many foolish players (for they are all foolish) sometimes said that it gives the name of a fallen angel. It might even turn it backward. Like a spirit gave its name as "natas". Put it in its proper way and it is "satan". Like I mentioned earlier, it will start quietly like a good spirit, but it will gradually show its true nature.

It will start controlling things, trying to harm the player, sleepless night, terrible apparitions, and others. Sometimes, even going as far as killing the person. After possessing the person, that person will become a witch or a wizard. All these diviners, palmisters, star gazers, etc. It will steal the person's destiny. Children that dabble with might run mad, seeing things people can't see, talking to invisible people, etc.

Houses that the ouija board is played is usually possessed, disturbing the occupants even when the original players play leave. A man of God has to dedicate the house to God before they leave. Most times, they are haunted for life. Watch mist of these horror films about possessions and you will see it there. I think they are trying to warn the viewers.

So you see how a seemingly harmless play thing can become the source of one's life problems. It is very very very dangerous. Speaking with the dead (though in this case, it is a demon) is forbidden. Its necromancy and the bible strictly forbids it. Below is a picture of what it looks:

@Alexandro15. Good write-up. The ouija board is purely demonic. The triangle object used in playing the game is the so called 'all seeing eye of horus'.. And this occult object serves as a transmitter between the players and the demon summoned from the game. The players do not know they are summoning a demon.
This game comes from the pit of hell as well as some other games unknown to us too.

No one should ever try playing a game that makes you close your eyes and drift you off into an imaginary/ fantasy world.

No one should touch a game that has the ability to do unnatural things.

Do not play games that stimulate you or provoke sexual thoughts. There are sex games people put on their computers. This is bad, you don't know what you're doing to yourself.

Do not ever engage yourself with the ouija board like Alex has said. You'll have yourself to blame if a demon possess you.

1. Sex in the dream
2. Marriage to your brother is a familiar spirit ( sometimes they can make one have sex even with their victims immediate family)
3. Marriage to an unknown old man
4. Green wedding dress etc

Believe me, I have been dealt with by this spiritual spouse. I conquered them by fasting and midnight prayers. They have gone, but sometimes they come to check on me If am still indulging in my past sins. Immediately I sense it, I baptise them with holy ghost fire. I am very generous with my holy ghost fire. And off they go, to maybe return a week later. But, I really hear am for im hand sha. Even hearing its voice, promise, it trying to strangle me when I started resisting her, pressing my head, strange sexual dreams, etc

Sis, you need constant prayer, not necessarily deliverance. If you are determined you can make it.

Just so you know, this thread helped me greatly. I was following in ghost mode in my former acc before I deactivated it. If I should start sharing my miracles from this thread, hmmmmm.

howdy bro. i see things i think most people cant see.. they are not spirits or fallen angels..
i see shining objects of different colours.. i really cant explain it. they kinda look like rings or something of that sort, and they are usually very many. i started seeing them when i was around 8-9 yrs old. i was all alone in a room when it started and since then i have been seeing them. anytime i put my mind off it.. it goes away, anytime i think abt it, it comes, sometimes it jst comes on its own. please can u explain what they mean?

Why warfare prayers shouldn’t be the mainstay of a believer’s prayer life part 1?

I felt compelled to write this piece here to put some things in their correct perspective and help those who may not have much depth in God’s word yet that visit this forum regularly. I want to add that with all sense of humility that I am just a learner in this kingdom (less than 2yrs in the faith) so maybe some of what I am saying may be from ignorance and I’m open to corrections.

I’ve noticed a dangerous trend where warfare prayers is embraced in excess in churches nowadays. It’s also common that we prescribe it a lot for people that make enquiries on every little challenge, dreams or nightmare. I find this disturbing because having studied the bible a little, the lifestyle of many giants in the faith and anointed books on prayer of men with proofs of dominion like Kenneth Hagin, Bishop Oyedepo, I have realized surprisingly that warfare prayer should be the least on the prayer list on a Christian. Shocking right? Here are my reasons:
From Ephesians 6:18, we are made to understand that there are different kinds of prayer. And we ought to learn how to engage all of them as the spirit leads per time, we are not to be fixated on only one kind of prayer. The whole world lies in wickedness (1 John 5:19) and we have to fight battles from time to time. But the reason why MANY CHRISTAINS ARE DEFEATED IN BATTLE IS BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO FIXATED ABOUT THE BATTLES THAN MAKING THEMSELVES BATTLE READY ALL THE TIME. IT’S JUST LIKE USAIN BOLT BEING OBSESSED ABOUT ONLY THE OLYMPICS 100 M FINAL (WHERE THE WARFARE PRAYER IS NEEDED) AND NOT TAKING THE DAY TO DAY TRAINING AND DIETING SERIOUS (WORD AND OTHER KINDS OF PRAYER). HE WILL FAIL WOEFUL. WHY? “If you faint in the day of adversity, Your strength is small” (proverbs 24:10) The focus of a believer should not be about binding every imaginary devil. IT SHOULD BE ABOUT CHANGING HIS LEVEL OF COMMAND AND SPIRITUAL STRENGTH FIRST. That’s why by mere appearance of one person all the demons have taken to their heels while, another person has shouted in Jesus name 100 times and use 10 buckets of anointing oil and yet the demon is just there chilling..lol . Every born again Christian is a light (matt 5:13 and 14) but the level of brightness differs. We should be more focused about increasing our intensity by being more like Christ in holiness and dominion. Most times the devil attacks me, I do less of warfare prayers, instead I search myself to see the loopholes I left, I repent of them and sanctify myself, I study and pray to change my level of command and for revelation on what I must do and that’s it. There is an extent of power you carry, some demons don’t come near you.

STUDY THE NEW TESTAMENT WELL, YOU WON’T SEE THE APOSTLES STRUGLING AND WAILING BECAUSE OF TINY DEMONS EXCEPT ONLY ONCE IN MATTHEW 17:21 BECAUSE THEIR LEVEL OF COMMAND WAS LOW THEN. Why warfare prayers shouldn’t be the mainstay of a believer’s prayer life part 1?

I felt compelled to write this piece here to put some things in their correct perspective and help those who may not have much depth in God’s word yet that visit this forum regularly. I want to add that with all sense of humility that I am just a learner in this kingdom (less than 2yrs in the faith) so maybe some of what I am saying may be from ignorance and I’m open to corrections.

I’ve noticed a dangerous trend where warfare prayers is embraced in excess in churches nowadays. It’s also common that we prescribe it a lot for people that make enquiries on every little challenge, dreams or nightmare. I find this disturbing because having studied the bible a little, the lifestyle of many giants in the faith and anointed books on prayer of men with proofs of dominion like Kenneth Hagin, Bishop Oyedepo, I have realized surprisingly that warfare prayer should be the least on the prayer list on a Christian. Shocking right? Here are my reasons:
From Ephesians 6:18, we are made to understand that there are different kinds of prayer. And we ought to learn how to engage all of them as the spirit leads per time, we are not to be fixated on only one kind of prayer. The whole world lies in wickedness (1 John 5:19) and we have to fight battles from time to time. But the reason why MANY CHRISTAINS ARE DEFEATED IN BATTLE IS BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO FIXATED ABOUT THE BATTLES THAN MAKING THEMSELVES BATTLE READY ALL THE TIME. IT’S JUST LIKE USAIN BOLT BEING OBSESSED ABOUT ONLY THE OLYMPICS 100 M FINAL (WHERE THE WARFARE PRAYER IS NEEDED) AND NOT TAKING THE DAY TO DAY TRAINING AND DIETING SERIOUS (WORD AND OTHER KINDS OF PRAYER). HE WILL FAIL WOEFUL. WHY? “If you faint in the day of adversity, Your strength is small” (proverbs 24:10) The focus of a believer should not be about binding every imaginary devil. IT SHOULD BE ABOUT CHANGING HIS LEVEL OF COMMAND AND SPIRITUAL STRENGTH FIRST. DON’T BE WARFARE CONSCIOUS, BE GOD CONSCIOUS, BE RIGHTEOUSNESS CONSCIOUS, BE POWER CONSCIOUS, BE REVELATION CONSCIOUS, BE WORD CONSCIOUS. KNOW WHO THE WORD OF GOD SAYS YOU ARE FIRST, BUILD YOUR FAITH, BUILD POWER FIRST OR WARFARE PRAYERS WILL BE FRUSTATING. MAKE YOUR AXE SHARP FIRST AND THEN YOU CUT THE TREE WITH ONE STRIKE.
Warfare prayers are weapons of offense but they are only effective in the hands of people who are skilled (Heb 5:14). That’s why by mere appearance of one person all the demons have taken to their heels while, another person has shouted in Jesus name 100 times and use 10 buckets of anointing oil and yet the demon is just there chilling..lol . Every born again Christian is a light (matt 5:13 and 14) but the level of brightness differs. We should be more focused about increasing our intensity by being more like Christ in holiness and dominion. Most times the devil attacks me, I do less of warfare prayers, instead I search myself to see the loopholes I left, I repent of them and sanctify myself, I study and pray to change my level of command and for revelation on what I must do and that’s it. There is an extent of power you carry, some demons don’t come near you.

STUDY THE NEW TESTAMENT WELL, YOU WON’T SEE THE APOSTLES STRUGLING AND WAILING BECAUSE OF TINY DEMONS EXCEPT ONLY ONCE IN MATTHEW 17:21 BECAUSE THEIR LEVEL OF COMMAND WAS LOW THEN. IT’S NOT FOUND ANYWHERE IN THE NEW TESTAMENT WHERE WARFARE PRAYERS WAS THEIR FOCUS. RATHER YOU WILL FIND PRAYERS ABOUT BEING FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT, WITH WISDOM AND UNDERSTANDING, PRAYER FOR THE SPREAD OF THE GOSPEL, PRAYER FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW CONVERTS, PRAYER FOR LEADERS, PRAYER FOR SANCTIFICATION, PRAYERS FOR OUTBREAK OF SIGNS AND WONDERS, PRAYERS FOR DIVINE GUIDANCE.

As I round up this first part, I WANT TO EMPHASIZE THAT ON THE DAY OF BATTLE, “YOU DON’T WARFARE WITH THE DEVIL” THAT’S A BLATANT MISNOMER AND THAT MENTALITY IS A SNARE, IF YOU WARFARE WITH HIM HE WILL BE BEAT YOU. WHAT WE DO IS TO “EXERCISE AUTHORITY”. YOU TELL HIM “ SATAN STOP THERE “ AND HE STOPS, YOU TELL HIM “SATAN GET LOST” AND HE GETS LOST, YOU TELL HIM SHUT UP AND HE SHUTS UP. YOU DON’T FIGHT HIM LOL, IN BOXING YOU ONLY FIGHT SOMEONE OF YOUR WEIGHT CATEGORY. NO! YOU DON’T, YOU ARE NOT HIS WEIGHT CATEGORY, YOU ARE CARRYING JESUS’S WEIGHT CATEGORY. WHY? BECAUSE YOU MUST HAVE BUILT AUTHORITY IN GOD’S WORD AND IN PRAYER. THE DEVIL IS TOO SMALL TO BE THE FOCUS OF YOUR PRAYER LIFE, THAT YOU NOW GO ON PRAYER AND FASTING BECAUSE OF HIM ALL THE TIME. GOD AND HIS KINGDOM SHOULD BE THE FOCUS (MATT 6:33) AND AS YOU DO, YOU BECOME MORE LIKE HIM. I REMEMBER THE LAST TIME ONE TINY DEMON ATTACKED ME, I WOKE TO SEE HE HAD HELD ME DOWN. THE MORE I STRUGGLED, THE MORE IT OVERPOWERED ME. THEN I WAS LIKE GOD WHATS HAPPENING KE? A SMALL VOICE SPOKE FROM WITHIN “DON’T OVERESTIMATE THE ENEMY”. I JUST RELAXED AND BEFORE I MENTIONED IN JESUS NAME ONCE LMAO. JUST IMAGINE THE REST...LOL…

IN PART 2, BY GOD’S GRACE I WILL EXPLAIN EPHESIANS 6: 12 TO VERSE 18. WARFARE PRAYER IS NEEDED BUT IT’S MUST NEVER GET TO WHERE WE ARE INDIRECTLY IDOLISING THE DEVIL BY EVEN REVERING THE DEVIL INSTEAD OF GOD….. THANKS

waiting for the concluding part...Im inspired by what u wrote,i've been wondering why demons and demonology is what people of the Most High God are exchanging experiences on,rather than the glory of His kingdom and His omnipotence.love the thread and the contributors but can we focus on God and spiritual growth a lil bit more.

Theres this dream I had on Saturdays night that has been puzzling me. Pls I ll nid help to know the next step.

I dreamt that I was in my fathers house in our home state. As if I was on a visit. A salon woman was applying relaxer on my hair despite my having applied relaxer like 2weeks before then in my dream. Hope u know we women apply relaxer like once in two months?. But in my dream, I didnt really like it bt I didnt mind. As my hair was relaxing, I complained that I wantd to wash it off but instead of attending to me, I suddenly saw my late younger sister go to wash her own hair wt the stylist. Whn I felt neglected I angrily fetched water to wash my own hair. As I was doin that, I suddenly collapsed. Whn I got myself in the dream, I managed to get up so as not to scare my mom. Then, a stylist I couldnt recognise helpd me wash and comb my hair. My hair became silky n long like the Indians. I was still a bit tired whn a close friend and neighbor came by myside and I held her hand as friends do.

Funny thing is I felt good and happy when I woke up

howdy bro. i see things i think most people cant see.. they are not spirits or fallen angels..
i see shining objects of different colours.. i really cant explain it. they kinda look like rings or something of that sort, and they are usually very many. i started seeing them when i was around 8-9 yrs old. i was all alone in a room when it started and since then i have been seeing them. anytime i put my mind off it.. it goes away, anytime i think abt it, it comes, sometimes it jst comes on its own. please can u explain what they mean?
