It might be the latter or both, remember how lastpage (Wife and Husband ) were getting in bed with Bosun just because of a mere burglary. That one self dey call himself/herself ELDER . I guess anybody with 5 houses and a blackberry keypad self is an elder in 2016.

Bosun once told me that if he was to make newspaper on his fraudulent antics, it would make him richer and more popular. I guess those eyes, people never shine thier eyes and people never wise up.

Thank you hajji, I hope @Seun will understand why you arrived to this conclusion. Let the premium start with as little as N100 per month this will help to identify faceless people behind the screen. Reduce criminality, share up your revenue base and checkmate multiple identities people use to perpetrate their devious act. If narrow is your thing, there are some cool narrow house designs for odd shaped plots and extremely small plots. But if this is a cornered-piece lot, you can still do some very amazing stuff on the land.

For this type of land, I will do max 3 bed storey house (it won't be called duplex though but modern)
