Well, even if we can excuse it for Nigeria, knowing how we are with maintenance culture, such should not be said of Heathrow airport with all their service excellence and customer centric posture.

Ever since they allowed all manner of people into Britain, I don't know what the country is turning into. When i googled their management team and saw some names I knew exactly what has befallen the great Britain is very serious indeed. A whole the Queens country using bucket to hold water at the main entry into the country. Anyway it is not our country it doesn't concern me.

Even developed countries have to wait for the roof repair man. The difference is they won't wait months or Years to fix the roof and chop the maintenance money, unlike in Nigeria.

I'm aware there's been unsually heavy rain in the last 2 days in the Heathrow area, this probably contributed to the roof leak.

The way he presented the complain is quite demeaning to an airport like Heathrow but that reply is too much o. It's a very insulting reply. There are a million ways to make a human happy but putting a bucket under a leaking roof and addressing it to a black man as something that makes him happy is a tad too much.

You guys have this delusion that bad things don't happen in other countries. It does. What matters is the frequency and the attitude of the citizens. In Britain, such occurences are rare, and also few and far in between. In Nigeria, it would be abnormal if such things do not happen. In fact, Nigerian citizens expect such things to happen. Is this not a country where people thought it was normal to board an airline with a home made ladder? And a former minister, FFK, saying that airline disasters are as a result of witches and wizards?

some of you are thinking the response was an insult, but actually the heathrow guys used it as an opportunity to portray themselves better. This is where you guys miss it. they did not make the guy feel he was using the wrong medium to express his feelings or trying to be mischievous.

That is the crux of the matter
