The 28" LED Samsung is 45k no 28" for LCD else 26" at 30k. If you need a less expensive 50"-60" then you will have to go for LCD or Plasma TV. 50" plasma you can get a 2008/2009 model from 65k....

The issues of LED and LCD has been confusing me a bit.
Do the consume same light because here in Ogun, I spent most 8 hrs with Generator, secondly, how strong are the two. The huge price different made me want to go to LED but considering the price at times or not knowing the reason why one differ that bring about huge price difference

There are none for now(48"-49" the only one you can get from 2013 and above with satellite is 47" LG with model 47LN5400. The satellite TV helps you get free to air stations via a dish with no decoder and no need to for subscription. You may get Ghanaian and few DStv channels. Thanks

LED is better than LCD, Though LCD consumes more power than LED but they are also stronger
