No Sir, without them plenty can be done.

I wanted to buy bitcoins in 2014 and keep for investment purposes so i can sell when it increases in value, but at the time, the future value of Bitcoins was still in question. The opinion was that it may rise in value or fall or disappear all together. So i forgot about it. Well wrong move. They're highly sought after now.

Bitcoins are not produced or monitored by any bank but by a consortium of physical and human internet resources. I guess you're aware of the trending online Ponzi schemes, MMM et al. While I'm happy that the non-interest (fee and commission) income of banks is going to increase significantly this quarter due to MMM and related transactions, the fact is a (little) portion of the income supposed to accrue to banks is currently being lost to the the use of bitcoins as an alternative means of payments in these schemes. The demand for bitcoins as a result increased dramatically in Nigeria recently and this demand is only likely to increase further. However like I said earlier, they are not controlled, issued or produced by banks, local or overseas.

So after the initial transaction of exchanging regular currency for bitcoins, subsequent transactions using those bitcoins do not have to involve currencies. Even Amazon is - through a 3rd party i think - now capable of accepting bitcoins. This is a big deal. Now bitcoins are just one type as there are other types of digital currencies. Soon there would be standardization so except the central bank is given the mandate to issue the digital currencies, once regular currency has been converted to digital, subsequent transactions are out of the control of a regular bank.

N.B. There are also intra-community currencies whereby a social media community like Facebook can have it's own token for use in transaction between members and with facebook. For now this can be seen in most games like Candy-crush etc. At some level this can represent a considerable loss of revenue to banks.

This is my thinking

Peterichy operates Stanbic bank account not fidelity bank

Peterichy operates Stanbic bank account not fidelity bank

Read his post again.
He said Morgan told him his fidelity bank account is rejecting payment. Probably, DT was d account he used while registering for Morgan. Per adventure his Stanbic ibtc account is rejecting payment, he shld call their customer care line which is as below;07080659000.
Stanbic customer care called me with DT line yesterday ( I have account there) , marketing some of their new products. They said I shld save their no and call them if I have any banking challenges.

It will take time for Morgan to pay him into his stanbic acnt if it was his fidelity bank that he used to register. Remember money is moving out.

Sort d fidelity issues and u are good to go

Christmas is in the air, and everyone needs money to celebrate Christmas in Style. Don't let the recession affects your Christmas this year. Let me show you how to make some extra cash guaranteed, and then celebrate Christmas just the way you want to.

What am going to show is a step by step guide that will fetch you an extra or full time income, all depending on you (i.e how much Time & Hardwork you put into it)

What will you need:
1. Internet Connection
2. An android/iphone
3. $2 (N1000) one time investment,

The difference between the Rich and the Poor is, the Rich knows what the Poor those not know and take little and big risks when needed.

With this you can earn between $100 - $500 before Christmas.

Interested Person should send an email to peteradeleke55@gmail.com for Full Info

CBN should just nationalise the bank or dispose it. The former board and management killed the bank while Emefiele helped in burying it.

In a way am not surprise, that some of you think this is a scam, it just sadden that we fail to see a potential investment opportunity at the early stage, we feel everyone wants to ripper us off, but then some of the times that is not the case. Like I said in the last reply I gave it is not by force to join this programme, But then in future you should learn to be open minded to opportunities and stop having the mindset that everyone wants to rip your off. Some of the question we need to ask ourselves when we come across any new investment opportunity is how much it is it going to cost me to be a part of it, how real is this investment plan, how soon will I get my returns, how much time and hardwork do I need to put into the new opportunity, this are the question we need to ask before turning down the opportunity or calling it a SCAM. Because it is this question that will help us determine if the opportunity is real or not, and not just calling it SCAM like that. This is my advice to you.

Selling or nationalizing skye is not an option for now because most of the other shareholders are current APC members and selling the subsidiaries is what they are waiting for to prop up their balance sheet and release the damn result.

Skye has some assets to sell...they should sell off those assets first..

Your thoughts sound logical but considering the current economic doldrums I don't see it successful. Besides, these assets are as good as moribund and would gulp so much capital to revive them. Where the bank decides to spin them off at a forced value, then the moment of respite management is looking for might still be far away. Like I said, the government should just take full control, EFCC should go after the loan defaulters force them to pay down significant portion of the outstanding and agree a payment plan for the balance. If this is done it will help cure the negative CAR of the bank and better reposition it for any future buy out.
