For the first time on Fifa, I'm finding that using a target man is a viable tactic.

I always like to have a big brute up front to holdup the ball while team mates run into space.
In Fifa 14, you could hold up the ball, but your AI teammates were too dumb to run make useful runs. In Fifa 15 and 16, the defenders would just tackle through the back of your player and the Ref wouldn't even give a foul.

I had a lot of fun last night holding up the ball with with Ibra and then spreading the ball out wide for the likes of Valencia to ping into the box.

Also, I'm finding this is the first Fifa where using a 5-3-2 formation is a viable tactic. On previous Fifas I found that the wingbacks always sat back too much. This year, the AI is super intelligent. I feel like I'm actually playing football now.

You are correct, for the first time I rarely do player instructions cos the AL is just brilliant. And Yes, having clinical bullies in the frontline is the way to go. The OP shield and multiple ways of scoring e.g headers, finesse, ground shots, across the body shots means your opponents need to keep guessing your next move .

Players like Ibra, Mandzukic and Lewa are gods. They are good on both air and feet and have the strength to hold off pesky defenders.

FIFA 17 is fun.

i don't think its my router, i have tried 3 MiFis and 1 router, i still get strict NAT but i get moderate when using MTN and open when i use swift

Not sure that's possible , heard Ntel is only nat type 3 - good download speeds , but bad for online gaming .

it works well to play FIFA on X1 but i have issues playing battlefield, COD and titanfall

FUT can be quite exhausting. I just wstched one guy on youtube spend 12k fifa points(dont even wanna guess how much this is) on opening TOTY packs and the best he got was 86 Fabregas

I have already sworn not to buy Fifa Points this year. Waste of money IMHO. Since I'm a FUT player, that's why I jejely bought the Fifa 17 Super Deluxe Edition which gives me 3 free packs every week over a 40 week period. Look up KSI on Youtube. A Naija Youtube celeb based in the UK. The guy recently spent over 1000 pounds on Fifa Points and he didnt pack a single TOTY. I cannot come and go and kill myself on top FUT matter abeg!

Fut is a very biased gamemode. From the unfair packs to the shitty servers that keep disconnecting and giving u the L for no reason.

The guy i was talking about finally got toty kroos and alves sha. But not after spending close to 32k fifa points. 32k! Crazy stuff

Lol. The lag u're getting from ur controller is either due to ur PC not being able to run the game properly or ur network is crap. Or maybe even both sef. It has nothing to do with the PC platform!
