I don't know why it is taking them so long to sortmy appeal. I contacted them the day before yesterday and was told to wait after one business day. It has passed and yet i can't fund my alipocket. No confirmation email from them at all. I contacted them yesterday and was told they have not even looked into the documents i uploaded at all. This people sef. They are begining to get on my nerves. And the prices are moving up o.

Ok, this is nice. But is there anybody who has used this device with smile? i read a comment some time ago on this thread where one guy said he could not get his xiaomi device to work with smile even though it supported it (Band 20)

It went through finally. I got an email that it has been accepted after like a week passed. but i was able to fund my alipocket before the appeal was accepted. I guess there was something i didnt do right to fund my alipocket or perhaps i was able to verify my alipay which was why the appeal was accepted. I dnt know. Don't mind them. what documents did you upload? Hope you didnt use temporary voters card.

Doesn't matter of it's student or adult account, as long as the person has the MasterCard debit card and it is enabled for internet banking then he's good to go.

I used Int'l passport(something I almost never do) and they said it's blurry. They get wahala sha. Thanks.

By the way, I've been a xiaomi user/fan since 2013. Mi2a to Mi3 to Mi4 and now Redmi 3s(recession) , get this appeal sorted and Mi5s Plus amen. Glad to see the train's picked up. Now (some) people recognize the brand and don't see me as a cheapskate chinko user.
MIUI is a ram hog definitely, but second space makes up for it.
