(Photo Confirmation) – Eagles CHAN 2014 Star Abubakar Joins Norwegian Side IK Start

Former Nasarawa United and CA Bizertin of Tunisia forward Aliyu Abubakar has joined Norwegian side IK Start, Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively reveal.

Abubakar spent two weeks on trials with the Norwegian side before finally putting pen to papers on a deal in the region of three years according to reports gathered by Owngoalnigeria.com editorial staff.

23 year old Aliyu was a part of the Nigerian team to the CHAN 2014 tournament in South Africa, where he made five appearances for the Super Eagles B team.

Known for his explosive pace, skills and goal scoring abilities, the forward who is comfortable as a winger on both flanks or just behind the main striker joins fellow Nigerian Iduak Idemokon on the books of the club.

Wish Abubakar the best because his winning goal in the amazing comeback against Morocco in the quarter-final of the CHAN gave me so much joy.

Aston Villa boss Remi Garde has explained why Tiago Ilori's loan from Liverpool has been cut short.
Ilori has returned to Anfield just halfway through his season-long deal.
He has not played a single minute for Villa's first team since arriving in the summer.
The clubs are believed to have reached a compromise over the £1 million loan fee that Villa were due to play

Mbape will not bench any of them. Sane, Sane, Gabriel or Aguero. He will bench at City. Fact.
Mbappe is the most sort after teen in the world. He will command a transfer fee in excess the £40M Man Utd paid for Martial. No club will sit such huge investment down on the bench. Drill or no drill.

Tiago Ilori completes £3.75 million move to Reading
JACK LUSBY
9 JAN 2017

Tiago Ilori has left Liverpool for Reading, joining the Championship promotion hopefuls in a deal worth £3.75 million.

The Portuguese centre-back moved to Merseyside in 2013, signing from Sporting CP, with the Primeira Liga side receiving an initial £3.5 million.

After just three appearances for the club over three-and-a-half years, with his spell including loans with Granada, Bordeaux and Aston Villa, Ilori has parted ways with the Reds.

Liverpool have made a small profit on Ilori’s sale, and will also receive 35

In the NPFL look out forAkwa United's Moses Ebiye the boy is the real deal. He has a great touch with a super football IQ. He reminds me of Iwobi the way he rarely makes foolish decisions.

Dele Alli was signed from the lower leagues. Players from league one hardly get transferred for mega bucks.
The Ademola guy was expensive for a young player from Charlton. If he was a Nigerian youth international, nobody will buy him more than 3M.

I don't get ur reasoning. It is almost madness to think that Everton would have come with a lower offer just because he played for Nigeria. That is just bogus. If Dele had elected to play for Nigeria real madrid would still want him.

Iheanacho could bench him at monaco, its all a matter of coach. Imagine both of them being coached by Pellegrini who do u think starts then? The boy is not even a shoe in starter at his club either, his father just went public a while back. This is a case of u guys going crazy about one game.

You can't blame me. Not when the combined transfer fee Man city, Liverpool, Genk, wolfsburg and Granada paid for Kelechi, Awoniyi, Ndidi, Success and Oshimhen is about half of Lookman Ademola's transfer fee to Everton.
You get the picture?

Which one game? I talked about this guy more than 5 months ago on this thread.
Martial was not a shoe in starter at Monaco either before Man Utd broke the transfer record for him as the world's most expensive teen.

Truth is that Mbappe have broken so many records already, his celine is very high and he's been rated as the next big thing in European football.
Kelechi is not in Monaco and Pelegrin is not coaching both players. Let's judge what is in front of us forget about semantics and what if's.

That means u didn't watch the Afcon. Btw why question a man's passion? Do u have any scientific proof that a 30 year old can't perform just as well? This is not politics there are no set terms. If a player is good enough it is almost criminal to deny him.

Yet he will command a transfer fee in excess of 50+M at least.
His market value would have been far far less if nobody knew him.
