Why is this rape issue - not to talk of minors and in this case a baby - rampant in the south western part of the country for crying out loud??

I doubt that part of the report though. How would people be witnesses and they would watch him fiddle with the baby's private and yet watch him as he tries to access it. I fear these bloggers than anything.

Get a female home lesson teacher for them in place of male
Teach them about sexuality very early in life and how to protect it.
