5. 4B For (NOR) seller’s confirmed bank letter stating after seller’s issued nor to buyer then buyer’s bank will place agreed instrument, seller issued nor to buyer's tank and buyer’s bank palace instrument for the total cargo then vessels seal to buyer’s tank or port of discharge for qnq analysis.

6. Buyer's confirmed the daughter loaded vessel in his custody, if it is a blocked fund instrument then the blocked fund will became cashable before qnq analysis begging’s, but after qnq conducted the instrument became cashable buyer's bank pay for entire product to seller’s bank before transshipment.

7. Seller confirmed payment and makes all necessary arrangement and releases Full documentation in Buyer’s name.

BLOCK FUND OF N500MILLION TURNS TO CASH IN FAVOUR OF SELLER'S NOMINATED ACCOUNT “PROLIFIC SERVICES LTD” AS TRANSSHIPMENT INTO BUYER’S TANK FARM TAKES PLACE.

2. Seller sends (POP) Q88, BILL of LADING, CARGO MANIFEST and CERTIFICATE of ORIGIN to the Buyer’s bank for Buyer to raise IBPU for total cargo.

3. Seller confirms IBPU and issues MARINE ATB within 24Hours to Buyer and boards both Buyer’s Super cargo and Inspector for physical confirmation of product.

4. SC sails vessel to tank farm if the vessel is not already at the buyer's tank farm

5. Buyer pays by MT103/23 based on the released Q n Q confirmation report sheet to buyer/buyer's bank.
