If your customers don't know your response and the exact message..

Hope you know Neteller is wise enough to ask the rest of your customer, cross checking different answers....

Any contradiction culd cause damages....

Neteller resolved to CLOSE the account permanently. We have also contacted them for a REFUND. It's a pity, you guyz weren't patient enough so I guess they figured the whole thing out on their own. It's all well though.

Customer is always right that statement may sound very correct but when abused can lead to may consequences. You guyz should learn to trust and believe in your exchanger and if you don't trust such an exchanger don't deal with him. It will help you alot.

Lol... now that is nowhere near the truth in my own case...I was usually dealing with 9jachash.com and you guys simultaneously back then, they never disappointed me with speed of payment, Infact, the longest time they ever took to process my payment was 2 hours...
I only used u guys occasionally because Ur rate was N10 higher, and the earliest time u guys ever processed my order was almost 2 hours.... most times it usually takes up to 6hours or more..
So believe me u guys need to improve Ur speed
