Lol... it's the normal Android One ROM na... Just Root your phone, install custom recovery, install Xposed Installer and install the modules Android N-ify, Flat Style Bar Indicator and probably Gravity Box then Pixel Navigation Bar for the nav bar.

P.S. The Launcher is Nova Launcher
