If yu even find a decent brand new android phone @ 20k ...it will surely be a phone with 8mp camera n 250mAh battery .. D one yu will press for 2mins n slap d ba3 outside n wipe it wit spit n use it for anoda 2mins ...n slap it out again! ... N kip slapping it until yu realise yu can onli get a slappTouch phone n not a touchScreen phone! @ dat amount!

If I were yu I would add 3k n goan find a correct second hand or London use phone! ...
