She would have been required to name a guarantor in case she defaults on the loan or anything happens, so it is not over for the microfinance bank as they will have details of people to pursue unless they just want to write it off on compassionate grounds and as a bad debt! .... She has worsened the situation in my opinion!

honestly i wish it was possible, i saw a little child of about 2 years in a hospital who drank a certain chemical used by her mom for making soap or something and the doctors didnt even know where to start treating her from because there was apparently no antidote, but even if snipper is banned would it stop people from jumping into the lagoon or hanging themselves?

Calm down. You didnt get what the person meant. The lady who committed suicide asked for nylon after buying it,but the seller declined (probably because the sniper was not big enough to warrant a nylon, or she had no nylon again or she was managing the one she had.). The seller probably said she should return it if she is not buying it without the nylon. If you read further, you will see that the buyer eventually put the sniper under her clothes and left. Its a common event among sellers and buyers in this country na.
