MODIFIED:- CLUBKONNECT RESOLVED THE ISSUE OF MY WALLET NOT BEING CREDITED, I AM SORRY FOR CALLING THEM A SCAM BUT IN TRUTH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SHOULD SOUND MORE FRIENDLY, THEY ADVISED ME TO CALL THEM NEXT TIME TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUE.




Clubkonnect pride itself as being one of the best data and airtime provider but in reality they are an incapable bunch of bumble heads, in fact I can bodly classify clubkonnect as a scam because of the way the business is run, I lost my 1k to this idiotas , it didn't hurt me but then I began to see the high rate of complain amongst customers and I realised this sham has been going on for a long time ,imagine if 23 people tried to buy data from this sham business and lose their money the way I did without recovering it, isn't that a sham?

Same here but I haven't paid any money yet. I saw their banner and I hurriedly went ahead to register. Well, as an experienced web developer I quickly knew that the website's user interface lack basic functionality. The prices were different from the one advertised so I just jeje commot.

It's true oh.... Same thing happened to me last year. I even sent a complaint to their whatsap customer care line, they didn't reply...Useless Bunch of Mofos

Your aggressive attack towards my comment show that my statement above is true. I wanted to buy data in the volume of 1.5gb from your portal on December 2016, I used the recharge pin option, I bought two 1000 naira worth of recharge card, the first card was accepted but my account was not credited, I tried loading the second and it gave an error message, but when I tried to load the card, it had already been used, I called your customer care and they told me to wait patiently for the data,I did , I waited for weeks without my wallet being credited, it was just a trial for your BUISNESS and you failed woefully.

Hello Clubkonnect team, I tried transfering money from my wallet(08035161068) to bank account on 7th June, 2017, it showed completed almost immediately. But it didn't reflect in the said bank account. I called after some hours later, but was told by your call rep that it takes 24hours now before it reflects. Since then , I've been calling but the lady kept saying it has been forwarded to department that will handle it. Then I decided to chat up another rep on whatsapp, he said you're still working on it. He requested my bank account statement for that period and I already gave him, but since then, no response again. If I tried using whatsapp call to get his attention, he rejects the call and then tell me, they are still working on it. I decided to talk to the team here since I notice you respond faster and better though. Thanks

I just started using clubkonnect regularly some three weeks ago. At first I thought their services were OK but now I am beginning to think otherwise. I made three transactions yesterday and had to cancel them because it didn't go through. Since then, my money has not been refunded. I called customer service, they kept cutting my calls. I sent several messages on watsapp, no reply. What exactly is wrong with this people?? Is this a scam?

I'm new in the system, I upgraded to reseller with the sum of 25k, I created my domain name as 'flakkystone' it was not effective then I called the customer care line and I was informed that the selected domain name is not available, I was asked to choose another domain name which I did, I sent text messages open a lot of tickets stating the alternative domain name as 'flakkystonenig' but this is yet to be created since over two week up till now, the validity of the domain is 12months, but more than half of a month is gone, I calls on everyday and they kept telling me the will send reminder to technical department. I implore them to refund me, then refused the refund and domain not created neither.

I see this as a scam!

Clubkonnect has been my major source of livelihood since I joined the platform two years ago. I see no reason why someone will just come online to rubbish the good work the brains behind Clubkonnect is doing. Just imagine, a platform that allows you to buy airtime as low as #93 and buy data as low as #450. Clubkonnect team keep up the good work
