Wow op, this is so true, remembered when a manager at work was fired cos he said he cld deliver a job, i still feel bad for him till today, only if he kept is mouth shut at the meeting, he just got the job so he was over zealous, accepting every offer, didn't know that was a trap for him! He didn't even last up to 6 months in the job.
