There are quite a number of non-yoruba land owners around and they dont have issues with the indigenes; they are very accomodating and they realise that non-indigenes bring progress to the community.
To be rest assured, you should register your land with the state government; this makes it impossible for anyone to "take back"

The cost of registration isnt on a per acre basis; oyo state government charges based on quantity ie the higher the numbrr of acres the lower the cost per acre.

You doing great job here bro, but I have the following enquries:
1. Most of the lands here come handy with minimum acres ranges from 100+ upwards, this might not be affordable for the upcoming farmers

2. Leasing should also be looked into by reduction in the minimum acres,,,

3. Is there hope of buying back the Leased land...

4. Possibility of leasehold maybe for 5+ years without disturbance or interference,,, and lastly,

5. Do you have in Osun State, if yes:
a. Price per acre i,e, for sale/lease
b. Minimum acre for sale/lease.

1. There are several lands listed here. The minimum depends on the owner, not my humble self. Contrary to ehat you said, there is 1 listed there with a minimum of 20 acres or even less . I believe we have something for any serious intending farmer.

2. Leasing has already been listed as an option where applicable.

3. Yes & no; it depends on the owner/ vendor.

4. A contract is a contract; if your agreement is for 5 years or even 20 years no-one will disturb you subject to the terms of your agreement.

5. I live in ibadan so I'm closer to land owners around there and oke-ogun areas. I know of lands in osun state but not familiar with the owners.
