Yes of course...Jamb would not Send Any admission Letter to candidate who Put d Uni As 2nd choice...if u get admitted tru d 2nd choice, u must need change it to your 1st choice..

Dat why i said Unical Biochemistry..But if u want Medicine, Then No Federal uni Is Super sure, But state uni's may be...Some of them which mayb Ansu, Absu, Ebsu, and Esut...But deir school fees no be am.

buh I read somewhere that uniben admission process is also based on jamb result, how true is that?

284 is a fairly impressive UTME, but how good is your O'level especially if you're seeking a course like Medicine or Elect/Elect. Though you're not from the catchment area of Uniuyo but you have the advantage of coming from an Educationally Less Developed state (Ebonyi).
