Give him 4 - 5 starts before benching him. After a game like this he needs a serious talking to. It is not that he ain't playing well he just has not goten his finishing perfected.

Martial might even not do much if he starts but to be honest I still feel he is the key to this season, mou needs to manage him well. He looks delicate.
