Look after yourself, avoid polluted environments for long periods of time, avoid weed and smoking, drink plenty of water, take alcohol in moderation and take long walks for exercise, Avoid anything or anybody who brings you stress .

Nigeria has descended into a dog eat dog society where scavengers feed off each other and damn the fatal consequences.

most likely the man has been Chronically ill, he must have been to the chemist shop, tried herbal drugs, self medicated, then has been to a spiritual healer, buy the time all thoes didn't work, he will be rushed to the hospital in a very bad state, then most Nigerians would expect the doctors to perform Abracadabra and resuscitate the man despite the decay in our healthcare system. well, may his soul RIP..

Sorry for your loss. But then, doctors are human too. They need better remuneration for all they do. We shouldn't expect doctors to work for free.

This is some where in Nigeria where doctors are struggling to save a life. The funny thing is the patient, in a matter of months will come back to join the others to question why doctors should demand for a better working condition, why they should demand for a better package from the government.

i am seeing a lot of beef for nigerian doctors here and it isn't the edible kind. You are a fvcking fool. People like you do not deserve to be treated by the so called doctors that cant compete around the world but they still have to treat you anyways.
Nigerian doctors are appreciated all over the world because they are diligent and improve the economies out there. That is why most of them travel abroad and are doing well and leave animals like you behind.
The fact that doctors swore an oath does not mean we work for free, being a doctor is not charity work. You think we dont know that it is still paining you that JAMB didnt take you for medicine.

@ the bolded, i dont think you stay in lagos for you to say this, lagos state(not federal) is highly organised and effective, you never hear of lagos state doctors going on strike cos they are regularly paid like clockwork. They also have manageable accident and emergency services
