Apple likes to package old technology like breakthroughs, we have been seeing face recognition on phones since time immemorial.
I just hope they did not remove finger print, the same way they removed the headphone jack.

I think their explanation was a fluke. How comes the phone's screen was not locked before bringing it to the stage? (power button push) And why did the engineer not know the access code? Shey no be him put the code with the face id?

Well I'm not surprised... Working nd servicing of Apple products for more than a decade exposed me to how genius is Steve jobs and the entire Apple Inc team. I love Apple... Kudos to them!
